Krupa S.
Co-president and Founder
​Krupa is very passionate about equity in the medical field, both in terms of educational access and addressing biases in medical research. She has worked on research projects both independently and at the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center to this end.
Krupa conceptualized the stEMBARK website. She secured stEMBARK's partnerships with Kweller Prep and SNLP, and also runs the website's blog page.

Kaitlyn Y.
Co-president and Founder
Passionate about entrepreneurship, STEM, and writing, Kaitlyn hopes to connect people through their stories. She believes in the power of women supporting women, and the value of mentorship. Kaitlyn also runs the website's forum to create a platform that facilitates dialogue, fosters community, and creates positive change.
Paige S.
Co-president and Founder
Paige believes in the importance of students of all ages having access to STEM opportunities, so she has compiled many of them on this website. Paige is also passionate about science research, having worked on projects independently and at Hunter College, and has competed in an international research competition.
Diya P.
Vice President
Diya hopes to pursue biomedical sciences as a career and is dedicated to making STEM accessible via outreach to professionals. Diya conducts and edits interviews for the stEMBARK YouTube page.

An organization committed to leadership and activism, SNLP uses seminars and fellowships to train young women and equip them with the tools they need to change the world. SNLP has supported stEMBARK and is happy to support any girls who want to make a difference!
Advisors
Sheila Krilov
Math teacher and stEMBARK Advisor
Ms. Sheila Krilov has been a math teacher at the Hunter College High School for over 26 years, and currently teaches the 7th and 11th grades. Ms. Krilov is also the coach of the 8th grade math team, and has been involved with the MATHCOUNTS competition for several years. Ms. Krilov is a Master Teacher fellow of the Math for America program.

Ms. Krilov advises stEMBARK and helps organize speaker series from inspirational women in STEM.
